This survey is intended for girls grades K-12 in Arizona.

 

Thank you for taking the time to take our survey! MyGirlPower (MGP) wants to increase your participation in Sports, Arts, Sciences, and Health programs. We, the students of the University of Arizona, have partnered with MGP to create this survey for you.

All information will be kept anonymous. Your participation is important because it will help make recommendations for MGP. The survey should take about ten minutes to complete, and parents or teachers are welcome to read questions to young students and fill in the result. We appreciate your time and input.
